By visiting this website, you agree with its contents and you are bound by these terms and conditions which govern the relationship between you and Treepack.
If you do not agree, we kindly ask you to exit this website immediately.
Unless otherwise agreed, these terms and conditions will apply to any relationship between the Customer and Treepack. The Customer declares to know and accept the general terms and conditions of TREEPACK. This acceptance occurs tacitly and immediately.
The general conditions are always available via this website or via simple request.
For every order placed by the CUSTOMER, the general terms and conditions that apply at that time to the website are applicable, with the exclusion of any older or newer provisions.
If any provision of these general terms and conditions would be declared void or unenforceable by virtue of the applicable law, this nullity or unenforceability does not entail the nullity or unenforceability of the other provisions of these general terms and conditions and these remain fully applicable. What is not expressly provided in these terms and conditions of sale is governed by the provisions of Belgian law.
These general terms and conditions can not be affected except in the event that a written agreement between TREEPACK and the CUSTOMER expressly deviates from this. This derogation is only permitted for those provisions that are strictly incompatible.

The information contained on this website is of a general nature and is neither adapted to specific persons or to particular circumstances and does not constitute personal advice.
As regards the information, no guarantees are provided and the use of both the website and the information is solely at your own risk.
2. Liability for use of the website
Despite all our efforts to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, there may be inaccuracies, for which we shall not be liable.
Any liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising indicated by the use of this website or the information on this website is expressly excluded.
Treepack has the right to fully or partially suspend or stop the site at any time due to maintenance, updating or any other reason, even without prior warning.
Treepack cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage resulting from the use of the Internet, by any breakdown of the system, the intrusion of outsiders or of a virus, or anything that may be considered as force majeure.
This website may contain links to other websites which are outside our control. We provide no guarantee for such external websites and therefore accept no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use and / or information from external websites.
4. Intellectual property
All that appears on this website is the intellectual property of Treepack or third parties who have authorized Treepack for its use. Reproduction is prohibited and is possible only with our express, prior written consent. This concerns among others but is not limited to all text, images, video files and audio files.
5. Offer and acceptance
TREEPACK reserves the right to refuse orders and to give this without any valid reason.
An order is only definitive after the acceptance of these general sales conditions, the prices and the description of the offer. If something in the offer or after order would be insufficiently clear, the customer can always contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. All questions will be answered as soon as possible.
The prices are those stated on the quotation issued by TREEPACK and apply during the period stated therein. All prices quoted are exclusive of 21% VAT. The CUSTOMER is responsible for the correctness of the transferred company number.
Payment must be made within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the invoice and this by bank transfer to the account number stated on the invoice.
7. Cancellation conditions
Treepack reserves the right to charge a 50% fee of the total amount agreed upon on cancellation from 14 calendar days of the agreed placement date. Treepack reserves the right to charge 100% of the total amount agreed upon on cancellation during the project starting from the agreed placement date.
TREEPACK offers the guarantees provided for by the law.
TREEPACK is not liable for force majeure, accident, misuse or incorrect handling of an article by the CUSTOMER.
9. Signature and proof
The CUSTOMER accepts electronic evidence.
The CUSTOMER is solely and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all data that he or she passes on.
The final confirmation of the order by the CUSTOMER counts as acceptance at the set price. The validation of the CUSTOMER counts as signature and express acceptance of all transactions.
10. Privacy protection
The customer has, in accordance with the Law of December 8, 1992 on the Protection of Privacy, the right at any time to change or to see this information and have it removed if he/she no longer wishes to receive information about the activities of Treepack. To do so, the customer contacts Treepack via email@example.com.
TREEPACK reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
12. Applicable law and applicable court
This agreement is governed by the Belgian law and any dispute concerning the interpretation or the application falls within the jurisdiction of the court of the district where our registered office is located.

Treepack is the Processing Officer ('Data Controller') for this data collection.

Some of the personal details above are requested in the online contact form. The purpose of this data collection is to be able to answer the questions posed to Treepack via the form.
All other data, other than that mentioned above, that is transferred to Treepack by direct contact recording by e-mail, fax or letter, will only be used to achieve the relevant purpose for the purpose of contact recording.
We may also collect information about you through other organizations, our business or project partners, only when necessary.

This application must be dated, signed and sent to Treepack along with a copy of the front and back of your identity card.

You may also request the rectification or erasure of your data, oppose their use, limit their use and receive your personal data in our possession. The deletion of data must be specifically motivated. If these conditions are met, Treepack will meet your request as soon as possible and inform you about this.
Treepack makes every effort to carry out the updates as quickly as possible. You may still receive notifications with the original data until the changes have been processed.
8. What about cookies?
